Keoki also specializes in cold plunge, infrared sauna, chronograph, and aromatherapy treatments designed to enhance health, wellness, weight loss, recovery from sports injuries, and mood. While the cold plunge and infrared sauna are particularly effective for weight loss and sports injuries, we recognize that some clients may be hesitant to try these intense therapies. We believe in a holistic approach that integrates beneficial treatments with a balanced lifestyle, including regular exercise and proper nutrition. By building strong relationships with our clients, we ensure safe, effective results that enhance your vitality and confidence for years to come.
